 Order Value/Carriage Paid

Our minimum order requirement is £150.00. Orders under £300 incur a carriage charge of £5.95. Irish and export customers will have to incur additional carriage costs, and we are happy to quote accordingly based on weight and volume of each order. Customers who wish to place an order under £150.00 can do so, but will have to select the drop ship option and put their own delivery address. Please ask our sales department about our drop ship policy which differs from these terms Back orders under the value of £40.00 may be cancelled, however we will try to contact you to see if you wish to add anything to your back order.

Please note, on Cots. Cot/beds and mattresses there is a £10.00 carriage surcharge per item in addition to our standard shipping costs due to the size and weight of the item.

 Invoices/Payments

All orders will be invoiced in £ Sterling. If you would prefer to be quoted in Euro’s please call our sales department. All orders are on a proforma basis until your account has been passed for credit with us. We can take payments by credit card, cheque or by bank transfer.

 Faulty Goods

In the rare event of you encountering a fault with any item purchased from us, please ensure you call us prior to returning the item, so we can advise what the policy is relating to that particular item. Manufacturer’s faulty returns policies vary, so we would need to advise you accordingly in the event of a fault.
